OCDD Technology Grant – Proposals Due October 31, 2025 by 5:00 PM CT
Dear Providers,
We’re pleased to share the latest announcement regarding Louisiana’s Value Based Payment (VBP) Initiative by The Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD).
CMS has approved the OCDD VBP Technology Grant Proposal, designed to encourage HCBS Providers and Support Coordination Agencies (SCAs) to adopt and implement technology that improves service quality and outcomes for waiver recipients.
Key Details:
✅ Who is Eligible: all HCBS Providers and SCAs
✅ Deadline: October 31, 2025, by 5:00 PM Central Time
✅ Submission: Email proposals ONLY to OCDD-HCBS@la.gov
✅ Email Subject: The email must include “Tech VBP” in the subject line
✅ Proposal Requirements: Must include a request overview, program/technology description, measurable outcomes, and a detailed budget (see attached memo for full details)
This grant represents a significant opportunity to enhance the quality of services and strengthen Louisiana’s direct support workforce.
